The hotel had an engaging breakfast environment.

Parking was a real hassle due to limited spots, especially with a trailer. Our comforter had mysterious stains, and when I contacted Rodney at the front desk, he offered to move us, but we were too tired to switch rooms.

Plenty of great food, we loved it.

This place was a prime choice for a flash visit in Lake Charles with good value. The morning breakfast was surprisingly engaging, and the variety was way better than expected. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast to enjoy the fresh selections.

We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The atmosphere was very friendly. The setting is quite comfortable. A very good home away from home. The entire hotel decorations were very homey. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

The service was excellent with an early check-in. The food was tasteful with variety of options.

This hotel boasts a prime location with comfy beds, and a breakfast experience that keeps you energized. The hospitality shines through, as staff ensure your needs are met promptly. Even as a light sleeper, I enjoyed an undisturbed night. Just be aware of the potential for high noise levels from hallways and nearby rooms!

Location: the hotel was near to both casinos and also restaurants, Lake Charles on drive back home, and the Golden Nugget Casino. We loved rooms with great working ac. Everyone was attentive and hospitable.

The entire staff was great . unfortunatley, the ice machine was loud.

Though I enjoyed the stay overall, I found parking to be quite limited, which caused some inconvenience.

The staff’s friendliness was overwhelming, especially Charmaine at the breakfast counter, who went out of her way to assist. The bathroom sink drained slowly, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location is perfect, close to lots of restaurants and casinos. The beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast staff really made mornings enjoyable. I loved grabbing coffee and food in such a friendly setting.
